Snapfish Publisher Terms and Conditions
The Snapfish Publisher ("SP") service, a service of Hewlett-Packard Company ("HP"), provides you an easy way to create, produce, share and sell customized products, tools and services (the "Products") to the world's largest online publishing community through the Snapfish and affiliated sites, which include the Snapfish branded websites worldwide, as well as, Snapfish co-branded websites and white label sites as determined by Snapfish (the "Snapfish Sites"). Before you enter the Snapfish Publisher site (the "SP Site") or use any of the Snapfish SP tools or services, however, you must carefully review the Terms and Conditions set out below (the "Terms"). In addition, specific pages on the SP Site may set out additional terms and conditions, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. These Terms may be changed or updated at any time, but you can always find the most recent version here. In the case of inconsistencies between these Terms and information included in off-line materials, these Terms will always control. You should periodically check this page to make sure you are up to date.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact
publisher@snapfish.com. Your use of the SP Site and SP tools or services (together, the "SP Service") is entirely conditioned on and subject to your compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the SP Service.
There are four general categories of content you can share through the SP Service:
- "Applications" are applications developed, maintained and hosted by you on your infrastructure for use by Snapfish customers.
- "Assets" are templates, designs, images and other content you share for Snapfish customers to use with the Applications or with the Snapfish Sites and services.
- "Metadata" is the general information, such as name, description, icons/images, pricing, etc., used to describe and place the Application or Assets on the Snapfish Sites.
- "Output" is the content generated by the Applications, such as new Assets, Products, digital content and information necessary for fulfillment.
